When you place an order with Hydra Seals Hose & Bearings Ltd, you can be sure you are getting expert advice on the parts and services you need. We have a team of staff members most of whom have over 20 years’ of experience in the Agri spares and industrial machinery parts business and therefore have a great pool of knowledge to draw upon, when it comes to measuring up replacement bearings, hydraulic seals or transmissions. We also specialise in the supply of hydraulic hoses, made up while you wait, with fittings that suit the customer's needs and wants.

We don’t believe in boomerang sales. We like to sell a good quality product, pack it, despatch it and not have to worry whether or not it will come back to us in the form of a warranty/credit. We don’t see any advantage in selling substandard goods. We stand over everything we sell and have lost less than 0.1% to warranties over the last five years. We will continue to strive to sell the best quality parts, for the most reasonable price and you can trust us on that.

Because we know the industries we service don’t close for lunch, neither do we! Our opening hours are 8am – 6pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am–5:30pm. We have a choice of nationwide couriers calling to our new streamlined warehouse facility where we constantly aim to improve our efficiency levels. We are also open on Saturday mornings between 9:30am-1pm, which is ideal if you have an urgent part request or need a hydraulic hose made to measure.

As part of this Quality Management System, we operate a Track and Trace delivery service - a fast, effective and efficient service for all our customers. Technical information and back-up are also provided on all our products. An

emergency service is also available as part of our Customer Care Programme.
