Oils Seals
Oil seals ensure bearings are lubricated and that dirt, grit and any liquids or solutions are kept out. Bearings enjoy a longer-lasting life thanks to the presence of oil seals.
O-Rings
O-Rings are used predominantly for static sealing applications. Covering a large number of applications, O-Rings are used as sealing elements or energising elements for hydraulic slipper seals and wipers.
Pressure Seals
Using the valve system pressure, pressure seals provide sufficient forces against the valve body's internal diameter and the bonnet surfaces.
Wiper Seals
Wiper seals prevent contaminants entering the cylinder by way of a retracting piston. Wiper seals maintain sealing contact to the piston rod when equipment is both static and in use.
Double Acting Piston Seals
Double-acting piston seals consist of a slide ring and an energsier. Following installation, they will provide adequate force to keep the slide ring in dynamic sealing contact with the cylinder bore, while sealing statically against the seal housing groove.
Composite Seals
Composite seals reduce assembly costs and facilitate the easy installation of the seal and another component in one part. Composite seals can be bonded to various metals, plastic or filler material.
Cup Seals
Cup seals are obtained by means of the flared, flexible lips coming in contact with the cylinder wall or rod while clearance is provided at the heel for minimum friction. Increased internal pressure against the inner surface of the lips increases the effectiveness of the seal.
